Submission Guide
* Only the original, unpublished manuscripts will be acceptable, any multiple submissions will be rejected.

1. Language: All submissions should be in English.
2. Length: Each full paper should be more than 4 pages after editing according to the paper template; the presented abstract should be in 150-200 words.
3. The subject of the manuscript should be related to Physics.
4. References can only be linked via Crossref if they are correct and complete.
5. Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
6. A thorough proofread is conducted to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.

 

Plagiarism Rules

* Definition: Plagiarism is presenting someone else’s work or ideas as your own, with or without their consent, by incorporating it into your work without full acknowledgement.

1. Plagiarism is prohibited and the author will bear all the consequences.
2. If the accepted or registered paper was found to be plagiarism, it will be not be published or refunded.

 

Peer Review Policy
* All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by 2-4 reviewers.
* The reviewing result will be sent to all authors in 7-10 working days.
It will be of great help to the ICPCM2023 Organizer if referees could consider the following key points related to scientific content, quality and presentation:

1. Technical Criteria
- Scientific merit: notably scientific rigour, accuracy and correctness.
- Clarity of expression; communication of ideas; readability and discussion of concepts.
- Sufficient discussion of the context of the work, and suitable referencing.
2. Quality Criteria
- Originality: Is the work relevant and novel?
- Motivation: Does the problem have a sound motivation?
- Repetition: Have significant parts of the manuscript already been published?
- Length: Is the content of the work of sufficient scientific interest to justify its length?
3. Presentation Criteria
- Title: Is it adequate and appropriate for the content of the article?
- Abstract: Is it suitable for inclusion by itself in an abstracting service?
- Diagrams, figures, tables and captions: Are they essential and clear?
- Text and mathematics: Are they brief but still clear?
- Conclusion: what has been learned and why it is interesting and useful.
